The access violation 25202E67 is caused by an issue with the upgrade and installation of Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, which is an old version of Internet Explorer. When you encounter problems with older versions of Internet Explorer---such as access violation and security issues---Microsoft recommends that you upgrade to the latest version of the program because it includes fixes and updates for problems that users have experienced with previous versions.

Go to the Microsoft website, and download the latest version of Internet Explorer (see Resources) to your Windows desktop. In order to download the file, choose your country and operating system.

Double-click on the installation file to install the new version of Internet Explorer.

Press "Run" to allow the execution of the installation file.

Click "Start" to begin installing the program.

Choose "Express Settings" to apply the default express settings for Internet Explorer. The installation process will finish.

Launch Internet Explorer. Go to the "Start" menu in which Internet Explorer should be located. Now that you've upgraded from Internet Explorer 7 to the latest version of the program, the 25202E67 access violation will no longer occur.
