Home Publishing Suite 2000 is a desktop publishing application released by Microsoft in 1999. A "one or more components missing" error indicates that some of the program files or settings have been deleted or corrupted.
Reinstall the SoftwareReinstalling the software from scratch is the best way of replacing the components that cannot be found. Insert the original CD and follow the instructions that appear on-screen. Replacement discs are no longer available from Microsoft.Run a System RestoreSystem Restore rolls back the Windows system settings to a previous point in time and will undo recent changes to your system that may have removed the components.
